Lance Weiler is the Chief Story Architect of Seize the Media. He’s also a critically acclaimed award winning writer / director. Recognized as a pioneer because of the way he makes and distributes his work – Wired magazine named him “One of twenty-five people helping to re-invent entertainment and change the face of Hollywood” and BusinessWeek recognized Lance as one of the “18 people who Changed Hollywood.” – others on the list include; Thomas Edison, George Lucas, Mark Cuban, and Steve Jobs. Lance has successfully self distributed his films THE LAST BROADCAST and HEAD TRAUMA to more than 20 countries while grossing over 5 million dollars in the process.
David Beard is the Chief Technical Architect of Seize The Media. Prior to joining STM, David had served in various executive and technical roles with companies in the media and technology sectors. He has also provided firms with technology and business development expertise as an independent consultant. His designs and solutions have been integrated to products and services ranging from electronic cinema transport and exhibition solutions to distributed computing frameworks and media delivery platforms. David has also been published by Wrox Press and participates in a variety of Open Source projects.
Anita Ondine is the Chief Executive Officer of Seize the Media. Anita started her career as an intellectual property and technology lawyer, working on large scale, complex technology outsourcing transactions as well as advising clients such as Reuters on the development of their data licensing and internet platforms. Anita then joined Lehman Brothers where she performed a number of roles including legal advisory, operational risk management and held the role of Senior Vice President and European Chief Administrative Officer for 5 corporate divisions. Anita has written a book and several articles, and spoken internationally, on themes related to the intersection of technology, law and business.
